CONMEBOL Libertadores and Sudamericana Draw with Record Audience
The CONMEBOL Libertadores and Sudamericana Draw broadcasts on the official social media feeds set a record with 600,000 simultaneous viewers between YouTube and Facebook. The ceremony, which featured wide ranging live coverage was held Monday (3/27) at CONMEBOL Headquarters in Luque, Paraguay.
In Buenos Aires, two hosts headed up a live show that began an hour before the draw and ended 15 minutes after the event. In Montevideo, which will host the 2023 CONMEBOL Sudamericana Final, a drone flew over the city while a special video covered Rio de Janeiro, host of the 2023 CONMEBOL Libertadores Final. In Luque, an exclusive photo session was held with the Argentine national team, World Cup champions in Qatar, and interviews were conducted with the protagonists of the Copas who attended the draw. Around 50 people participated in the actions in the four cities.
