Mercado Libre is new Official Sponsor of CONMEBOL
Mercado Libre and CONMEBOL have announced a sponsorship agreement with the Latin American electronic business leader set to become an Official Sponsor of CONMEBOL’s Club Competitions. The agreement, which begins with the Semifinals of the 2023 cycle and will extend until December of 2026, includes sponsorship of the CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Libertadores Femenina, CONMEBOL Sudamericana and the CONMEBOL Recopa, and consists of brand activations and promotion during all of the competitions’ matches organized by the South American Football Confederation in all countries where matches are held.
The negotiation was carried out by the Commerical team of FC Diez Media/IMG from the company’s offices in Asunción, Paraguay and Buenos Aires, Argentina. “Incorporating a brand like Mercado Libre as a Global Sponsor for CONMEBOL’s Club Competitions is a great achievement and once again shows how the 360º Sponsorship platform is an excellent marketing tool to meet fans and consumers and grow the business.
