Media Team Fulfills Agenda with CONMEBOL in Brazil
This week, the South American football confederation (CONMEBOL) was with FC Diez Media in São Paulo Brazil for a series of meetings with the Media team and the rights holders of the institution’s club competitions. The agenda featured visits with Paramount and SBT in the Paulista capital and with TV Globo in Rio de Janeiro.
Beginning this year, FC Diez Media, along with CONMEBOL, developed a distribution plan that featured more accessibility to the competitons in relation to the last four years, with the intention of growing ever closer to the supporters. Among the actions, the CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana are both featured Over-the-Air, and ESPN has practically doubled its number of matches broadcast, including exclusivity for the CONMEBOL Recopa from 2023-2026.
Since 2019, the agency is responsible for administering the social media channels and the selling of broadcast rights, sponsorships, and licensing for the CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sudamericana and CONMEBOL Recopa. FC Diez Media has offices in Asunción, Paraguay, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and São Paulo, Brazil.
