IMG and Perform’s joint venture, set up to advise CONMEBOL on their commercial rights for club competitions from 2019-22, is to be known as FC Diez Media.
The first task for the new company will be to tender the audio visual rights for CONMEBOL Libertadores for the domestic market in the 10 countries that make up the South American football federation. This will be issued on both the CONMEBOL (www.conmebol.com) and FC Diez Media (www.fcdiezmedia.com) websites.
FC Diez Media will separately tender the production rights for CONMEBOL Libertadores and then look to sell the global rights within the next few months.
In addition to media rights and production procurement, FC Diez Media will provide overall consultancy, digital strategy, sponsorship and licensing advise for CONMEBOL Sudamericana and CONMEBOL Recopa for the four year period.

IMG and Perform are creating a dedicated team for FC Diez Media for the project, financed and resourced 50/50. This will provide Conmebol with best in class tools to successfully
implement the commercial programming of the Club Competitions in a way that is new and unrivalled in the marketplace today.
